Patch notes 0.1.2 version

Hello everyone I released a new patch today. 

List of changes:

- Updated the Flippy call scene:

1) Added more different sounds.

2) Some lines have been changed.

- the buttons in the main menu are now green (in the future, all buttons in the game will be green)

- a broken "Управление" (Control) button has been added, its functionality will be available in version 0.2 (but for now, for clarity, I left it gray).

- the main menu has been slightly changed. 

If I don't find any more serious problems, then I will release version 0.2, which will have a new plot development, and many more interesting things.
